Job Overview

Columbus Christian Academy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our faculty. This person will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing, communications, and branding strategy to increase enrollment, improve fundraising efforts, and enhance the school’s reputation, awareness, and outreach in the community. The successful candidate will work closely with the school’s leadership team to develop and implement strategies that support the school’s mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to increase enrollment, improve fundraising efforts, and enhance the school’s reputation, awareness, and outreach in the community.
• Collaborate with admissions team to develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract and retain students.
• Oversee the development and implementation of all marketing and communication initiatives, including digital and print advertising, social media, e-mail campaigns, and website content.
• Monitor and analyze marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvement.
• Stay up to date on trends in marketing and fundraising and make recommendations for new initiatives and strategies that align with the school’s mission and goals.

Qualifications
• 3-5 years experience in marketing, communications, fundraising, or related field; experience in a educational setting is preferred
• Experience needed in design, photography, layout, writing, and editing; experience using Canva, Photoshop, or related application is preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively and concisely communicate the school’s mission and values to a variety of audiences
•Demonstrates success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Commitment to the school’s Christian mission and values
• A personal relationship with Jesus and Christian testimony
• Active membership in a local evangelical church
• Criminal background check
